If your Pit Vipers don't make you feel like a total badass, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all gear in original condition. We make the process fast and painless so you can get back to sending it.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Head over to our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you want to send back and download your prepaid shipping label directly from the confirmation screen.

• 3.
  Pack the Goods

  Toss your gear back into its original packaging, slap the label on the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Paid or Swapped

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange gear immediately.
